Aircraft Import

We have extensive experience in EASA, FAA and national aircraft importation processes and performs a complete review of the aircraft status in line with registry requirements. This allows the client to make informed decisions in a timely manner to justify the economics of a potential lease or sale.

Aircraft Airworthiness Assessment

The airworthiness of an aircraft is dependent, to a large extent, upon the condition of its associated documentation, e.g.:

  • Are all applicable Ads, SBs, etc. both included in the maintenance program and also recorded in a register?
  • Are the applicable engineering orders and signed-off task cards available?

The stand-alone assessment of the documentation begins by compiling and filing all of the available documentation, and then performing an analysis of Actual versus Required. We can provide support in obtaining those documents that are missing. If required, FAA approved translations (language xyz to English or vice versa) can be carried out. Records for the above items would be shown in digital form. Using our services to bring your aircraft onto a register will save you time and minimize cost exposure.

Audits / ARC-Inspection

Audits / ARC-Inspections can be performed on aircraft and/or operators – or perhaps you only wish to have an assessment of the documentation? Any make or type of aircraft is possible.

After we carried out an audit on your aircraft or aircraft fleet, you will know exactly where you stand. This is because we not only identifies the condition of the aircraft and reveals its deficiencies, but also that of its documentation, and shows you what is missing. Invaluable for operators, lessors and lessees who can rely upon our expertise to show exactly where they stand in relation to the aircraft they operate or wish to purchase/lease/sell together with the associated documentation. An operator audit would highlight the weak points within the organization and show how with minor alterations to the operations/maintenance policies, major improvements in DMC/DOC can be achieved.

Aircraft Phase in & out activities

Our team performs lease reviews and negotiations, maintenance reserve management, contract management and risk analysis. We manage any and all lease obligations for the lessor and lessee, including but not limited to monitoring and recording aircraft flight hours and flight cycles utilization, calculating and monitoring maintenance reserves, managing eligible claims from maintenance reserves, optimizing returns on transactions, and managing deposit accounts for lease rentals and reserves paid by the lessee. Other asset management responsibilities include advising customers on “end-of-lease solutions” for aircraft and engines.
